Booking and payment

A booking is confirmed when we receive a 30% deposit. The balance is due 30 days before departure.

Cancellations by you

30 or more days before departure: full refund.

14 to 29 days: 50% refund or full credit toward another trip.

Fewer than 14 days: credit only.

Cancellations by us

If we cancel for weather, fire, flood risk or permit closures, you receive a full refund or a free date change. Safety calls are final.

Permits and lotteries

Some trips depend on permit lotteries we do not control. We will always offer an alternative route and refund any price difference.

Risk and fitness

Desert hiking carries real risks, including heat, falls and flash floods. You agree to follow your guide’s instructions and to tell us about any health conditions before the trip.
