How hiring works

Three steps, no trick questions.

  1. Send a short note

Who you are, where you have guided, and one place on the plateau you love.

  2. Call with a lead guide

Thirty minutes on how you handle heat, groups and bad news.

  3. A day on the trail

Paid shadow day with Maren or Eli. Then we decide together.
