What we collect

When you book or contact us, we collect your name, email, phone number, trip dates and anything you choose to tell us, such as dietary needs or medical information relevant to your safety.

Our website does not use advertising trackers.

Why we use it

To run your trip: permits, lodging, meals and emergency contacts.

To reply to your questions and send the trail letter if you subscribe.

Who we share it with

Only with partners who need it to deliver your trip: permit agencies, lodging and our Navajo partner guides. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept for seven years for tax purposes. Medical notes are deleted 90 days after your trip.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to hello@hollowstone.travel.
