Solar

Four oranges, a root of ginger and a pinch of cayenne in 250 ml. The loudest way to start a morning.

Neon

grapefruit · dragonfruit · lime · € 5.20

Bitter enough to read as an adult drink. The colour is entirely the fruit's doing.

Pulse

Ninety-two per cent water, already structured by the melon. Drunk faster than it is poured.

Chlorophyll

The green one people actually drink. The apple is there out of honesty, not marketing.

Ember

Eleven pomegranates per litre. Deep, tannic and slightly dangerous on a white shirt.
