Programsbuilt around progress

Every program runs ten days unless it says otherwise, includes all the gear, and gives you one coach who stays with your group from the first briefing to the last session.

Prices are per person, beachfront accommodation and breakfasts included. Flights and visas are not.

How a trip runs

Four stages,
ten days

The structure is the same whichever program you take. Only the content of the sessions changes.

Stage 01

Assessment

A short session on day one tells the coach far more than any form you fill in. Your plan for the trip is written that evening.

Stage 02

Mechanics

Kite control, body dragging, board start — drilled until they stop needing your attention and become automatic.

Stage 03

Independence

You rig, launch and ride on your own while the coach watches from the water and talks to you through the helmet radio.

Stage 04

What next

A written plan for the six months after the trip: what to train, which gear to buy, which spot to go to on your own.

Before you book

Practical
questions

Can I switch programs mid-trip?

Yes, and people often do. If the wind disappears for three days we move you onto surf or foil sessions and add the kite hours back at the end.

What weight and fitness do I need?

Anything between 45 and 120 kg is covered by our gear range. You need to be able to swim 50 metres calmly — that is the whole requirement.

Is insurance included?

Sports insurance during coached sessions is included. We recommend adding your own travel and medical cover for the rest of the trip.

Can I bring a non-riding partner?

Of course. They pay the accommodation share only, and they will not be bored — freediving, cooking classes and boat trips run all week.

How do I pay?

Thirty per cent to hold the place, the rest two weeks before departure. Bank transfer or card, invoiced from our company in Tanzania.

Next departure
is in 9 days.

Four riders per coach, four spots worldwide, and a season that does not wait for you to be ready.
