How we handle what you send us, and how booking a trip with VELARA works. Plain language, no small print.
We collect only what we need to plan your trip: your name, contact details, riding level and dates. We use them to reply to you, book rooms and coaches, and send you trip information. We do not sell your data or pass it on, except to the guesthouse and the transfer driver for your own booking. Write to go@velara.camp and we will delete it.
A trip is confirmed with a 30% deposit; the rest is due 30 days before departure. Cancel more than 60 days ahead and the deposit comes back in full; closer to the date, we move it to another trip within a year. On the water the coach makes the safety calls — if the wind or your level makes a session unsafe, we change the plan instead of going out anyway. Travel insurance that covers kitesurfing is required.
