Fourteen days to return without giving a reason — the piece simply has to be unused. We refund within three working days of receiving the parcel. Return postage is paid by the buyer, except for breakage and faults.
Send a photo of the box and its contents the same day and we ship a replacement at our cost. Assessments and correspondence with the carrier are our problem, not yours.
Yes, for orders up to $73. Above that we ask for at least half up front: larger parcels are refused more often, and ceramics come back broken.
Yes, via Nova Poshta Global and Ukrposhta. It is priced separately by weight — tell us what you want and where to, and we will quote within a day.
Yes, free of charge. A kraft box, ribbon and a card with your message — put the text in the order comment.
Up to two weeks: we fire on Wednesdays and a batch cools for two days. We give the exact date when we take the order.
