What should I send with the first message?
Whatever you have: a plan of the flat, three phone photographs, the address, or nothing at all. None of it is required — it only means the first visit starts further along.
How quickly do you reply?
Same day if you write before six, next morning otherwise. If we are on site all day, you get a short reply and a longer one that evening.
Do you charge for the first visit?
No, and there is no obligation afterwards. You keep the written scope either way; several people have taken it to another studio, which is their right.
We are outside Porto. Is that a problem?
Not within about an hour and a half — Braga, Guimarães, the Douro valley. Further than that, we would need to talk about how site supervision works before either of us commits.
