What to send, how fast we reply, and where we travel. Anything else, just ask in the first message.
What should I send with the first message?
Four phone photographs taken from the corners of the room, the floor area, and one sentence about what happens in it. That is enough for us to be useful on the first call.
How quickly do you reply?
Same day before seven, next morning otherwise. If we are on site, you get a short reply and a proper one that evening.
Do you charge for the first visit?
No, and there is nothing to sign afterwards. You keep the three colours we suggest either way.
We are outside Lisbon. Is that a problem?
Porto is routine — we are there most weeks. The Algarve we take in winter only, because in summer the drive alone eats a working day.
