Questions.
01How should I drink cognac?
Neat, at room temperature, in a tulip glass. Let it rest a minute, nose it, then sip slowly. Younger cognacs are wonderful with ice or tonic.
02What do VS, VSOP and XO mean?
The age of the youngest eau-de-vie in the blend: at least 2 years for VS, 4 for VSOP, 10 for XO.
03Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, to 38 countries, insured, in a wooden case. Duties are calculated at checkout.
04Can I visit the house?
Yes, Tuesday to Saturday by appointment. Tours finish in the Paradis cellar with a tasting.
05Can I buy a cask?
Yes. We offer a small number of private casks each year, aged in our cellars for you.
