( Velvet One · belt-drive turntable · €690 )
A turntable with a soft spot.
We designed one deck, for our own records and yours: belt-drive, two speeds, a carbon arm — and a plush red nest the record sits in, which kills vibration and looks like nothing else. Press start — it plays.
Scarlet — Our own red, all over. Plinth and record matched by eye, under daylight, eleven times.
Pre-fitted cartridge
Aligned at the factory, so the first thing you do is play a record.
Carbon arm, chrome pivot
Stiff, light, quiet — and it swings over by itself when you press start.
Heavy platter
A 2.4 kg acrylic platter with a felt mat that grips the record without a clamp.
