01Can caviar be delivered?

Yes. We deliver in Paris, Monaco and Dubai within three hours in an iced case, and across the EU and UAE overnight in a temperature-controlled box.

02How long does a tin keep?

Unopened, four weeks at −2 to +2 °C. Once opened, eat it within two days, pressed under its lid and kept on ice.

03Is your caviar sustainable?

Every grain comes from farmed sturgeon, with CITES certification. We never sell wild caviar, and our farms release young sturgeon into rivers each spring.

04Do I need to reserve the salon?

Reservations are recommended after 20:00 and on weekends. The counter is kept free for guests who walk in.

05Can I bring my own champagne?

Of course, with a corkage of €60 per bottle. Our sommelier will chill it and choose the caviar for it.
