Send us the plot
or the plan
We will look and tell you what can be done with it and how long it takes. The first meeting is an hour, free.
Where we are
What to send in advance
The cadastral number of the plot, or the existing floor plan for a refurbishment. Plus a couple of lines about who the house is for and how many people will live in it.
If you do not have a plot yet, write anyway. Looking at options before buying is cheaper than reworking a design around awkward ground.
Write to us
A demonstration form. On a live site the enquiry goes to the coordinator and is copied to email.
Before the first meeting
What does a house design cost?
We price by floor area: concept and technical drawings together usually come to €25–40 per m². We give the exact figure after the first meeting, once the plot and the brief are clear. The calculator on the home page gives you a range in a minute.
How far do you travel?
Kyiv and the region, no question. Further afield in Ukraine we take work on if the project is interesting and site supervision can be fortnightly rather than weekly.
Is the first meeting really free?
Yes, an hour. About one in three does not turn into a project — and that is fine; better to part ways before money is involved.
Do you work with off-the-shelf designs?
No. Adapting someone else's standard design to a plot is separate work that others do more cheaply, and we will not pretend we do it better.
How many projects do you run at once?
Four or five a year across the whole practice. That is a supervision limit: an architect physically cannot be on eight sites every week.
