01How quickly can you arrange a flight?
With four hours’ notice in Europe and the Gulf, and six hours across the Atlantic. Jet Card holders are guaranteed an aircraft within 10 to 48 hours.
02What does the price include?
Aircraft, crew, fuel, landing and handling fees, catering and Wi-Fi. VAT and de-icing in winter are shown separately.
03Can I bring my dog?
Yes, in the cabin, on almost every route. We arrange the paperwork for countries that need it.
04Who are your pilots?
Two captains on every flight, each with at least 5,000 hours, trained twice a year in full-motion simulators.
05Is it safe?
Every operator we use is audited by ARGUS and Wyvern, the two independent aviation safety auditors.
