Thirty days from delivery, worn or not. We pay return postage — the label is in the box, you do not have to ask for it.
Refunds land within three working days of the parcel reaching us. Prescription lenses are the one exception: they are cut to your eyes and cannot be resold, so we refund the frame and credit half the lens cost.
Two years on the frame, hinges and screws against anything that is our fault. Screws tightened and nose pads replaced free, forever, whether or not you are in warranty.
Sat on them? Send a photo. If it can be fixed we fix it; if not, a replacement at 40% off.
Yes. Order up to three frames without lenses, keep them for a week and send back what you do not want. We refund the returned frames in full, postage included.
Photograph the box before opening it if you can, then email us. Replacement goes out the same day — we settle it with the courier ourselves.
Not in the EU, UK, US or Canada — those prices include duty. Elsewhere your customs office may charge on arrival, and we cannot predict how much.
