01How accurate is a four-question quiz?
It sorts your skin into one of four needs. For a full reading, book a free twenty-minute skin scan in any of our three stores.
02Can I change a product in my ritual?
Yes. Every product in your result opens its own page, and you can swap or add from the shop. Your bag keeps what you chose.
03Is the ritual safe for pregnancy?
Eleven of our twelve formulas are. Concentré Violet contains retinal, so leave it out and ask a facialist for an alternative.
04How long until I see a difference?
Most people notice softer, brighter skin in a week. Lines and tone take a full cycle of skin renewal, about twenty-eight days.
05Do you test on animals?
Never. Our formulas are tested on volunteers in Paris under dermatological control, and every batch is traceable.
