All Luisante products are developed in partnership with dermatologists and chemists. They are formulated and suitable for all skin types :) Full ingredient lists are available on each product page and for any concerns, we recommend conducting a patch test or sharing our ingredient list with your healthcare provider before usage.
Yes. Every formula is vegan and none of our products or ingredients are tested on animals, at any stage.
Orders are packed within two business days. Standard delivery then takes three to five business days, and is free on orders over $35.
Bakuchiol is gentle enough to layer with most routines, but if you already use a prescription retinoid on the neck, alternate evenings to start.
Somewhere cool and out of direct sunlight. Each formula keeps for twelve months once opened.
We currently ship across the EU and the UK. Duties are calculated at checkout so nothing is charged on delivery.
If a formula is not right for you, write to us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund it — opened bottles included. We only ask that you tell us what did not work, so we can make the next one better.
Email hello@luisanteskin.com with your order number. We reply with a prepaid label within one business day, and the refund lands within five days of the parcel reaching us.
Send us a photo along with your order number and we will ship a replacement the same day. There is no need to return the damaged bottle.
