Hours and response
Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00. Evening calls on Tuesdays until 20:00 for people who cannot talk during work.
We answer emails within one working day. If your hearing is inside a week, say so in the first line and we will move you up.

Who has said no
If an agency, a local authority or another solicitor has refused you, bring the reason they gave.
Any dates
Hearings, panel dates, deadlines on documents. Especially anything expiring.
