Does treatment here hurt?
Treatment is done under anaesthetic and we wait until it has taken full effect — usually seven to ten minutes. The injection itself comes after a numbing gel, so you do not feel that either. If anything becomes uncomfortable during treatment, raise your hand and the dentist stops.
How much is the first consultation?
An examination, a panoramic X-ray and a treatment plan cost $10. If you go on to be treated here, that amount comes off your first bill, so the consultation is effectively free.
Can I come without an appointment?
With acute pain, yes — we see you the same day, and keep two slots free every day for that. For planned treatment it is better to book, so you do not wait in the corridor.
Do you give a guarantee?
Three years on fillings, crowns and implants, provided you come for a check-up every six months. Those check-ups are free. If something goes wrong through our fault, we redo it at no charge.
Do you treat children?
Yes, from the age of six. The first visit is an introduction without treatment: the child sits in the chair, handles the instruments and goes home. It takes fifteen minutes and removes the fear for years.
