Éclat provides runway production, model management, editorial and campaign production and creative direction. The scope of every project is defined in a written proposal.

Cancellations more than 30 days before the show are refunded minus costs already incurred. Later cancellations may be charged in full.

Images and footage produced by Éclat are licensed to the client for the uses agreed in the proposal. Model image rights are subject to their individual agreements.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the project in question.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to all new bookings.
