A skyline that sets the tone

A Dubai real-estate agency’s new brand, built from Figma into a site that sells a lifestyle, not square metres.
The task
The agency had a name and a reputation, but no face: a generic logo and a template site that looked like every other broker in Dubai. They wanted clients to feel the price level before reading a single number.
The solution3 moves
Full-bleed video, a huge serif wordmark and almost nothing else. The first screen sells the city before it sells a flat.
Categories slide sideways like a brochure you leaf through, each with its own photo and a single action.
Listings, services, careers and contacts share one grid and one motion curve, so the site feels like one object.
