How long does gel polish really last?
21–28 days, unless your hands are in chemicals without gloves. If it lifts within two weeks through our fault, we redo it free, with no lecture about how you wore it.
Can I come in with someone else's polish for removal?
Yes. Removing someone else's is $2, ours is free. With an e-file, no soaking and no peeling.
My nails are thin and brittle — what should I do?
Most likely gel strengthening rather than extensions. It is cheaper and gentler. The technician will look and tell you — we will not talk you into the expensive option.
How sterile is everything?
Tools go through three stages: disinfectant, ultrasound, dry heat. The pouch is opened in front of you. Files, buffers and orange sticks are single-use and binned after you.
Do you work with children?
From the age of twelve, and only a basic manicure without polish, with a parent present.
What if I do not like the result?
Say so on the spot and we redo it there and then. If you notice at home within three days, come back and we fix it free.
How do I cancel?
Call or message three hours ahead. We take no deposits and charge no penalties — we trust you not to vanish for no reason.
