Mini App inside Telegram

Booking that lives in the chat, not on a website

No app to install, no sign-up, no password. The studio sends a link, the client taps it and books a class in four taps — inside Telegram, which they already have open.

Open the real one Opens as a normal page here, and as a Mini App inside Telegram. On a phone it can also be installed to the home screen.

How it works

Four taps, no forms

TAP 01

Opens the link

From the studio's channel or the bot menu. The app opens inside Telegram in under a second.

TAP 02

Picks a class

Schedule for the week, free spots shown live. No calendar juggling.

TAP 03

Confirms

Name and phone come from Telegram. Nothing to type, nothing to remember.

TAP 04

Gets the reminder

The bot messages an hour before and lets them cancel in one tap if plans change.

Why not just a website

The difference is who does the typing

A booking page on a website

  • The client types name, phone, email — and abandons it halfway
  • Reminders go by SMS you pay for, or not at all
  • You never learn who they are until they show up
  • Cancelling means calling the studio
  • Lives at an address they have to remember

The same booking as a Mini App

  • Telegram already passes name, username and language
  • The bot reminds them for free, in the chat they read anyway
  • Every booking has a real account behind it
  • Cancelling is one tap, and the spot goes back on sale
  • Lives in a chat they open forty times a day
What it can do

Beyond a schedule

Payment inside Telegram

Card payment without leaving the chat: the pass is charged in the same window, and the receipt lands in the chat.

Passes and visit counts

Eight of ten classes used, expiry date, and the studio sees the same number — no paper cards, no “I had one left”.

Waiting list

Class full? The client joins the list, and the bot offers the spot the moment somebody cancels — first come, first served.

An admin panel for you

Add a class, change a teacher, close a slot. The client sees the change immediately; nobody edits code.

Questions

Asked before ordering one

Do clients need to install anything?

No. A Mini App is a web page that opens inside Telegram. If a person has Telegram, they already have everything — that is the whole point of the format.

Does it replace a website?

No, and it should not. A website is where people find you — search, maps, ads. The Mini App is where the people who already found you book, pay and come back. They work as a pair.

What about clients who do not use Telegram?

Then the booking form on your website stays as it is. Both write into the same schedule, so there is no second calendar to keep in sync.

Can it take money?

Yes, through Telegram Payments with a Ukrainian or European acquirer. The card window opens inside the app; you receive the money on your own account, and Telegram takes no commission of its own.

Who runs it after launch?

You do, through the admin panel. We host it, keep it updated and stay reachable — but adding a Tuesday class does not require us.

Cost of this mockup

A Mini App like this — $1,050

  • Mini App, 4 screens$600
  • Telegram bot: link, reminders, cancellations$300
  • Admin panel for the schedule$150

Payment acceptance is set up separately once you have a merchant account — the work is the same for any acquirer. This page is a mockup: the app inside the phone is clickable, but no booking is actually made.
