Therapeutic
Neck, lower back, shoulders. For desk work and long shifts behind the wheel. Precise and deep — not everyone calls it pleasant.
$15 · 60 minutesOne therapist, one room, three clients a day. Not a conveyor belt — which is why we remember where it hurt last time and do not ask again.
Tap an area. This is not a diagnosis — it is what most often turns out to be the cause and what hands can do about it.

Prices are per session. Packages are calculated below, where you can also see what they save.
Neck, lower back, shoulders. For desk work and long shifts behind the wheel. Precise and deep — not everyone calls it pleasant.
$15 · 60 minutesSlow, with oil, no conversation. Many people fall asleep — that is normal and even good. I will not wake you, and the time is counted properly.
$18 · 90 minutesBefore and after exertion. This works on tight muscles, not on tiredness. Before a race it is shorter and firmer; afterwards the opposite.
$17 · 60 minutesFour questions. At the end: a programme, the number of sessions and the package price if you take a course.
A single visit, no discount — which is fine for a first time.
Three clients a day, so there are not many slots. I hold a booking for two hours and call back within that time.
This is a demonstration. On a live site the schedule is real: either an Altegio widget where the therapist keeps their own calendar, or a request to their Telegram with confirmation.
Five minutes: where it hurts, what you do, any injuries or operations. Not a formality — the answers decide what I do next.
I look at posture and mobility. Sometimes the pain is not where you think: a neck often shows up in the shoulder blade, a lower back in the hip.
Sixty or ninety minutes. If it hurts, say so and I adjust the pressure. There is no need to endure: nothing here is healed through pain.
A couple of exercises to take home and an honest answer about whether another session is needed. If it is not, I will say so.
21 Bazarna Street, third floor, no lift. Inside: a heated couch, fresh linen for every client and 24 degrees all year round. If you are cold, say so and I will turn the heating up.
The oils are hypoallergenic and unscented. Aromatic ones only on request — many people find them intrusive.
There is a shower. I provide a towel. No need to arrive early, and changing counts against your time only if you want it to.
Fourteen years in practice, eight of them in a rehabilitation centre after injuries and operations. That is where I learned the main thing: not to intervene where a doctor is needed rather than a massage therapist.
Medical training, specialising in therapeutic exercise. I take a course once a year, usually in Poland — they have a strong manual therapy school.
I take three people a day, because the fourth would get worse hands. That is not marketing, it is physics: after three deep sessions the hands stop feeling.
“Three years of neck pain after giving birth; I thought it was permanent. Four sessions were enough, and Lena said honestly that a fifth was not needed.”
“I came in with my lower back and left with exercises and the realisation that the problem was my chair, not my back. I changed the chair and the back cleared up.”
“The only therapist who sent me to a doctor instead of taking my money. It turned out to be a disc hernia. I came back six months later, when it was allowed.”
“I buy a five-session package before every marathon. My legs recover twice as fast as when I just lay around.”
“I fall asleep every time. I wake up and the time has been counted properly; nobody woke me. That alone is worth the money.”
“I asked about hot stones and was talked out of it — she said it would do nothing for me. Everyone can sell; talking you out of something is rare.”
This is the one section I ask you to read before booking. It is short.
None of this is anything to be shy about. Staying quiet and ending up with bruises, or worse, is.
Not here? Write to me and I will answer without a booking.
Pick a timeIn the therapeutic session, in places yes — especially the first time and especially where you have carried tension for years. But you do not have to endure it: say so and I adjust the pressure. Nothing here is healed through pain.
Usually three to five for a recent problem and eight to ten for a long-standing one. I can be more precise after the first session; before that it is guesswork. And if two are enough, I will not sell you ten.
Yes. I work through a sheet, uncovering only the area I am working on at that moment. Underwear stays on if that makes you more comfortable.
For the first day it can — like after the gym, the muscles have been worked. If it still aches on the third day or there are bruises, write to me: that means I overdid it, and it is my mistake.
I work with children from twelve and only on a doctor's referral. Bringing a child into the room during your session will not work — there is only one room.
Three months from the date of purchase. If you fall ill or travel, tell me and I extend it. It never expires quietly.
No. Without a proper couch at the right height the work is worse, and my own back gives out faster.
Mon–Sat, 9:00–19:00. Intercom 21, third floor, no lift, door on the right. You can park in the courtyard.
Thirteen screens and three interactive pieces. For comparison, a three-page business-card site is $450, but it has neither the finder nor the booking.
