Do I have to be home?
Not necessarily. Regular clients leave us keys; we work and lock up afterwards. It is all under contract, and the staff are employed and insured.
Do I need to buy cleaning products?
No, we bring our own — professional and hypoallergenic. If you are allergic to something specific, tell us in advance and we will use something else.
What if something gets damaged?
We compensate. In seven years there have been four cases, all settled within a week without argument.
Do you work with pets at home?
Yes, no problem. Let us know in advance — we bring pet-hair attachments and keep the outside doors shut.
