How to choose your silhouette

A-line, mermaid, ball gown or sheath: our head of fittings on what each one does, and for whom.

Start with the venue, not the dress. A ball gown fills a cathedral; a sheath belongs on a terrace in Capri.

Then try the one you think you will hate. Half of our brides leave in it.
